Returns & Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase, Amouage will be pleased to accept items for return or exchange that fall under the company’s requirements. If you have any questions and need further assistance, feel free to contact us at amouage.site@amouage.com.

Please read the following requirements for returns and exchanges. If you just need to know how to handle your return, please skip to the next section.

Our Return Policy

Amouage will only accept requests for returns or exchanges within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Any request that is made more than 14 calendar days past the delivery date will not be accepted.

Only products in unopened original packaging that have not been tampered with or used in any manner may be returned for a refund or exchange. *Please be aware that if returning an order in full, the sample with purchase must be returned as well otherwise a deduction of $10 will be taken from refund.

Products damaged or defective upon delivery may be returned for refund or exchange. Please inspect product upon receipt and contact us immediately to file a report and provide feedback. Amouage will then make a determination, in its reasonable discretion, whether the claimed defective item is eligible for return based on the information you provide us.

Only products purchased at amouage.com are eligible for returns. Refunds will only be issued to the person and account that made the original purchase. If the order was placed with an E-Gift card a new E-Gift card will be provided by email. For orders placed using a voucher, a new voucher will be mailed with the same expiration date as the original, assuming it has not expired.

Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item received is damaged or faulty.

Sale, special orders, engraved or any personalized items are not eligible for returns.

Products must be returned with the original box, packing materials and a copy of the shipping invoice. Please note that Amouage is not responsible in the event that returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

FAULTY GOODS

Any items delivered to you which are received broken or faulty will be exchanged or refunded. Please contact the online customer service by emailing us at amouage.site@amouage.com and we will assist you in the process including a courtesy return label for you to ship item back.

How to Make Your Return

As a Guest Client:

Please read all requirements stated regarding returns and exchanges.

Pack item carefully in box with sufficient packing material to prevent breakage and ship to:

Email amouage.site@amouage.com with Name, Order Number, Reason, and Tracking of shipment.

Once item is received and passes Quality Control review a refund will be issued to the person and account that made the original purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for it to reflect into your account.

As an Account Client:

Please read all requirements stated regarding returns and exchanges.

Log into your account on amouage.com and click into “My Orders”.

Once in “My Orders” section of your account, please select “Create Return” on the order where the return will take place.

Select items being returned, and the reason for same.

Once Return is created a Return Merchandise Authorization or “RMA” Number will be provided. Please keep RMA Number for your records or you can always verify status in your account under “My Returns”.
